1. Order Confirmation (订单确认)

Please ensure all items in your cart are correct before checkout.

请在结账前确认购物车中的商品信息无误。

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility (退换货条件)

Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, all accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after delivery, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.

基于卫生原因及产品为手工制作的特性，所有饰品在签收后均不接受退款或换货，除非收到的商品存在损坏或发错情况。

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (商品损坏或发错)

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. All items are carefully inspected before shipping; however, damage during postal handling may occasionally occur.

若您收到损坏或错误商品，我们深表歉意。所有商品在发货前均经过严格检查，但运输过程中仍可能出现损坏情况。

If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

A replacement will be arranged if stock is available. (若库存充足，将安排更换新品。)

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. (若无库存，将退回至原支付方式。)

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. (运费（如有）不予退还。)

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. (退款到账时间取决于银行或支付平台处理时间。)

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation, modification, return, or exchange is not allowed. All sales are final. (订单一经确认，恕不接受取消、修改、退货或换货。所有订单均为最终销售。)

4. Non-Returnable Items (不可退换商品)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: (以下商品不接受退换：)

    •    Custom-made or personalized items (定制或个性化商品)

    •    Clearance, sale, or promotional items (清仓、特价或促销商品)

    •    Items reported after the 5-day claim period (超过5天申报期限的商品)

5. Return Shipping Responsibility (退货运费责任)

For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (经批准的退货，运费需由顾客承担。)

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and secure packaging. (建议使用可追踪物流并妥善包装寄回。)

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. (退回运输途中遗失或损坏，恕不负责。)

6. Handmade Product Disclaimer (手工制作说明)

All jewelry is 100% handmade. Slight variations in color, shape, size, or finish are natural and make each piece unique. These characteristics are not considered defects.

所有饰品均为100%手工制作。颜色、形状、尺寸或表面细节的轻微差异属于正常现象，也是手工制品的独特之处，并不视为瑕疵
